Semi-Independent Living
Clients are provided with an apartment in a complex that is close to our community center where they have access to staff and managers throughout the day and managers during emergencies at all times.
Money Management
Clients are assisted with budgeting, grocery shopping, and bill paying as they need it, and new skills are implemented as they master others
with the goal being independence.
Health Care
Sheppard Rehabilitation Staff and Managers help clients organize their health care needs through ensuring that they attend appointments, take medications as prescribed, and monitor other health conditions.
Engagement
Clients at Sheppard Rehabilitation are provided with opportunities to socialize with other clients in program through our Day Activities Center, Outings into the community, and celebrations throughout the year. They are also provided transportation to and from jobs, or other programs they wish to participate in.
